This Agreement covers exclusively any sale of products through the website wwwoptonet.gr of the companyOptonet based in Athens.

Each visitor and user who uses the services of our online store is deemed to consent and accept all the terms set forth herein, without exception.

ORDER:

All transactions carried out on optonet.gr are governed by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues relating to distance sales, as supplemented-modified by the K.Y.A.

Orders placed through optonet.gr only if accepted by our company, i.e. until you receive an e-mail from us accepting your order (Order Confirmation).
Before placing an order, please take full note of the following:

– information on the shipping charges for the products to be sold.
– The various offers are valid while stocks last.

In the event that products are listed on our website at the wrong price due to an error, but your order has already been accepted by us before the error is detected, you will receive an email from us as soon as possible, informing you of the error and asking you if you wish to purchase the product you have already ordered at the new correct price.

AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the transactions. This will be effective as soon as this text is updated for any changes.

DIFFERENCE:

If any part of the contract is found to be invalid, the rest of the contract will not be affected and will continue in force.

APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION:

This contract shall be governed by Greek law and the legislation regulating electronic commerce and consumer protection and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
