- Product Changes
If you wish to change the product you purchased – and only in case the product has not been used – you must inform us by phone at 210-4940894, 210-4941015 or e-mail info@optonet.gr within 15 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from the date you receive a response of approval of your request from us. A prerequisite for the exchange of the product is that it must be in its original condition, i.e. not used and in its original packaging (in its box and transport bag) with its proof of purchase or with any other kind of accompanying forms. Changes will not be accepted without proof of purchase or any other kind of accompanying forms. Product changes are not accepted if the packaging is worn or damaged or the tags have been cut off. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. You choose the Courier company with which you want to send your shipment.

For orders outside Greece, the customer makes the return with a charge and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the country of destination).
- Wrong missions
In case the product you received does not coincide with the product of your order, you must inform us by phone at 210-4940894, 210-4941015 or e-mail info@optonet.gr within 5 days of receipt and send the product within 3 days from the date you receive a response of approval of your request from us. In this case there is no charge to the customer for the replacement.
- Defective Products
Our Company, during the order execution process, carries out a detailed inspection of the products in order to ensure their excellent quality. In the rare case that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you can contact us by phone at 210-4940894, 210-4941015 or by e-mail at info@optonet.gr. Immediately after informing us of the defect, you will receive instructions on the return/replacement/refund procedure. The defective product is returned via our partner courier company (ACS) and the costs are borne by us (recipient’s charge). If you choose a different method of shipping the defective product, then the shipping costs will be borne by you. If a replacement is necessary and there is no availability, you can choose to replace it with another, equivalent product of your choice.
- Other Reasons
If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another one, you must contact us by phone at 210-4940894, 210-4941015 or e-mail info@optonet.gr within 15 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 7 days from the date you receive a response of approval of your request from us. Once the returned product is received by us and it is determined that the product has not been used and is in perfect condition (both the product itself and its packaging), you will be refunded the total amount you paid (value of the goods and shipping costs, if any) minus the cost of the cash on delivery, in case you had chosen this method of payment. The refund of the original purchase is made by the same method as the payment at the time of purchase. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, then you should choose to receive your money back either via bank deposit or through our physical store. In cases of refund, you will be charged the cost of returning the product, as the return of the product will be at your own expense.
